Description

The largest fixed oven for food trucks In collaboration with pizza professionals, we have designed a special model that combines a large baking volume with a lightweight construction. This oven is crafted entirely from chamotte-based fibre-reinforced concrete, featuring a lightweight floor made from 4cm-thick refractory slabs that weigh only 430 kg. With the capacity to bake up to 5 pizzas at once and accommodate as many dishes. It offers a door opening of 54 x 24 cm. The oven can be installed on the optional metal table base or in a dedicated room.
