This machine is equipped with two independent entrances which allow to insert portions of dough with thickness up to 20 mm. Besides it’s provided with a comfortable, robust and practical lever which, acting on both sheeting rollers, enables to adjust the rollers’ opening from 0 up to 8 mm.
