KINJOYA PU 3H CLASSIC is a high-solids, VOC-compliant, single-component moisture-curing polyurethane waterproofing membrane available in two viscosities: Flat Substrate (FS) and Sagging Resistant (SR). It is an elastomeric coating with high tensile strength and elongation, suitable for prepared horizontal and vertical substrates.

Installation guide

• Ensure substrate is clean, sound and dry as required. No primer needed for typical applications.
• For existing cracks, embed a 150 mm wide fiberglass mesh centered over the crack, covering half the width on each side.
• Not suitable for direct application over bitumen membranes due to potential chemical interaction.
• Ambient temperature during application must not be lower than 41°F (5°C).
• Product is single-component and ready to use; surface film formation after opening is normal.
• For high vertical surfaces, immediately after the final coat is applied, broadcast sand to achieve required texture or anti-slip finish.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight and rain.
• Do not store below 41°F (5°C) or above 104°F (40°C).
• All values are nominal manufacturing data; actual performance depends on application method, substrate condition and environment.
