KINJOYA PUA 3H CLASSIC is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurea elastomer coating that forms a continuous polymeric elastomeric membrane. It is formulated to provide waterproofing, corrosion resistance and wear resistance for long-term protection in demanding environments.

Construction Precautions

• Ensure substrate is clean, oil- and dust-free, with moisture content below 4%.
• Repair and fill cracks or gaps with suitable materials to ensure a sound substrate.
• Recommended application temperature > 5°C and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
• Verify product condition and expiry before use.
• Preheat spray lines and set appropriate temperature and pressure when required.

Construction Operation

• Continuously stir or agitate to keep material homogeneous and prevent phase separation.
• Spray with the gun held perpendicular to the substrate and move at a uniform speed for even film thickness.
• Treat edges and corners first, then cover larger areas; control each layer thickness typically at 0.5–1 mm.

Storage

• Store in a dry, cool, ventilated warehouse at 5–25°C; protect from rain and direct sunlight.
• Store buckets inverted to minimize moisture ingress and product degradation.
• Keep away from heat and ignition sources; follow hazardous materials storage rules.
• Seal unused material; in humid environments consider nitrogen protection.
