Product overview
KINJOYA PU HYD is a high-solid-content polyurethane waterproofing coating. It is a single-component, moisture-curing elastomer formulated for adhesion to damp substrates and compliant with low-VOC regulations. At low ambient temperatures curing rate can be increased by stirring with water to shorten the construction schedule.

Install guide

• Substrate must meet cleanliness and dryness requirements; primer is generally not required
• For cracks, embed a 150 mm wide fiberglass mesh centered over the crack
• Not suitable for direct application over bituminous membranes due to chemical incompatibility
• Do not apply below 5°C (41°F) ambient
• Single-component, ready to use; surface film formation after opening is normal
• On high vertical surfaces, broadcast sand onto the final coat immediately after application

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight and rain
• Do not store below 5°C (41°F) or above 40°C (104°F)
• Values are nominal and may vary with application method, substrate condition and environment
