Product overview
KINJOYA CMCC is a cement‑based capillary crystalline waterproofing coating in powder form. Composed of Portland cement, specially treated reactive compounds and silica sand, the product is fully compatible with concrete. Active ingredients penetrate capillary pores and react with free lime and water to form insoluble crystals that fill pores and densify the substrate for durable impermeability.

Application
Suitable for permanent waterproofing of cement concrete structures including basements, tunnels, sewage and potable water tanks, chemical plants, sewers, elevator shafts and swimming pools.

Install guide

• Substrate preparation: Ensure concrete is clean, sound, free of oil and loose material. Repair and level joints, cracks and voids; pre‑wet the substrate without leaving free water on the surface.
• Material mixing: Mix the powder with water at the manufacturer’s specified ratio and stir to a homogeneous consistency.
• Coating application: Apply evenly by brush, roller or trowel to the required thickness, ensuring full contact with the concrete substrate.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight and rain.
• Do not store below 5°C or above 40°C.
• Values are nominal; actual performance may vary with application method, substrate condition and environmental factors.
