Overview
The JOYA FN EZFLEX Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating is formulated from multiple macromolecule polymers and a special additive that acts as a catalyst so asphalt forms a stable chemical combination with various macromolecule polymers. The product can be applied by plastering, coating or pouring to prevent leakage and is compatible with a range of sheet membranes, making it suitable for demanding industrial and civil waterproofing works.

Application

• The product is suitable for base courses subject to large deformation and high stress, and for sections expected to undergo frequent movement; particularly indicated for mechanical constructions, cold-applied systems and projects where open flame is prohibited.
• Applicable to waterproofing of roofs, underground structures, pools and tunnels. For coating membranes, the approximate consumption is 1.3–1.4 kg/m2 per mm of thickness. Suitable substrates include concrete and color steel tiles.

Install Guide

• Surface preparation: ensure concrete surface is flat, clean, dry and free of oil; repair and level cracks or depressions with mortar.
• Coating application: use rolling, brushing or trowelling to apply primer/coating evenly, ensuring consistent thickness and full wetting of the substrate.
• Construction thickness: the coating can be applied to design thickness in a single pass and is suitable for use with asphalt-based membranes; brushing the coating while laying membranes improves adhesion.

Storage

• Sealed and packed in steel buckets with cover or plastic buckets.
• Avoid sunlight and rain; store in a dry warehouse. Store different product types separately and do not mix.
• Keep away from fire sources, prevent impacts, ensure ventilation; storage temperature should not exceed 40°C.
• Warranty under normal transport and storage conditions is 2 years.
• All performance data are nominal manufacturing values; actual values may vary with application methods, substrate conditions and environmental factors.
