Product Description
KINJOYA PU AQR is a one-part, high-solids polyurethane waterproofing membrane formulated for rapid moisture curing. Available in two viscosities — Flat Substrate (FS) for horizontal applications and Sagging Resistant (SR) for vertical surfaces. The formulation provides high tensile strength and high elongation, adhesion to damp substrates, low VOC and resistance to mechanical stress and environmental variation. Suitable for prepared concrete and plywood substrates.

Application
Suitable for non-exposed plaza decks, roof terraces, pedestrian concourses, podiums, toilets, kitchens, parking garages, planter boxes, backfilled walls, basement walls and split slabs, primarily on concrete, masonry and plywood.

Install Guide

• Substrate may be damp but must be free of visible standing water
• For cracks, embed a 150 mm fiberglass mesh centered over the crack with half the width on each side
• Do not apply directly over bitumen membranes due to chemical incompatibility
• Ambient and substrate temperature during application should not be below 41℉ (5°C)
• Single-component, ready to use; surface skinning after opening is normal
• For tall vertical applications, broadcast sand into the final wet coat immediately to promote adhesion of subsequent layers or traffic

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight and rain
• Recommended storage temperature: 41℉ to 104℉ (5°C to 40°C)
• All values are nominal at time of manufacture; actual performance depends on application method, substrate condition and environment
