Product Description
KIN ARCOAT M is a single-component elastomeric acrylic liquid waterproofing coating formulated for metal roofs. It combines high elongation, UV resistance, strong adhesion and high tensile strength. The coating contributes thermal reflectivity and integrates anti-corrosion, rust prevention, waterproofing and thermal insulation functions. Available in multiple customizable colors.

Application

• Suitable for roofs, walls (not under negative pressure), slabs, ceilings, tiles and parapets.
• Specifically designed for waterproofing metal roofs.

Install Guide

• Substrate must be clean and dry. Under normal conditions no primer is required.
• For cracks, embed a 150 mm fiberglass mesh centered over the crack, extending half the width each side.
• Applicable on concrete, wood, metal panels, stone and similar substrates.
• Not recommended for direct application over bitumen waterproofing membranes.
• Do not apply below 41°F (5°C). Use opened containers the same day.
• Avoid application when rain is likely.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight and rain.
• Do not store below 41°F (5 °C) or above 104°F (40 °C).
• Stacking limits: up to 3 layers for 25 kg containers and up to 5 layers for 5 kg containers.
• Shelf life under normal transport and storage conditions: 12 months.
• Values provided are nominal; actual performance depends on application method, substrate condition and environment.
