Braised meat, roasts, first courses, fish, meat, vegetables: with EGO even the most elaborated preparations have no limits. EGO offers three cooking types: convection, combi and steam (with fixed time or with core probe function). Temperature is settable from 30°C to 280°C and you can choose the cooking mode you prefer from manual, programmed and automatic. You can save up to 999 recipes and add your own recipes in few seconds. Check time, humidity, temperature and ventilation in real time. Set up to 10 cooking phases for each program: you can memorize and recall them with a simple touch on the touchscreen.
