Ovens are made to withstand temperatures of up to 550˚F. The high temperature reinforced baking surface is made to withstand extreme heat.
Thanks to single water and drain connections, the oven’s steam system is easy to maintain. That makes temperature recovery a flash.
FULL GLASS DOOR
Give customers an unobstructed view of whatever’s baking. The glass door is easily removable for cleaning as well.
EXTERIOR VENT & DRAIN
Because no water is held inside the oven, interiors won’t rust. For convenience, the vent and drain connections can be combined for multiple stacked units.
