Description

The Baxter VersaOven™ combines the best features of rotisserie, combi and convection ovens into a space-saving oven category all its own. Designed to cook, bake and steam large volumes quickly and easily, the VersaOven saves time and delivers top-quality results. Designed to support the production needs of the busiest kitchens. 40 – 3 pound or 4 pound chickens 10 – 18” x 26” sheet pans 20 – 13” x 18” sheet pans* 30 – 12” x 7” x 2.5” steam pans* 5 – 12” x 20” x 2.5” steam pans* Our patented steam system is a cut above competing combis, rotisseries and convection ovens. One oven does it all. The VersaOven’s rotating interior oven rack, 95,000 BTU/Hr in-shot burner system, and precision airflow combine to ensure even cooking throughout the oven cavity without operator intervention. A patent-pending grease management system uses gravity & a valve rather than troublesome pumps; draining into 5-gallon collection containers. Any water overflow from the patented steam system is routed to a separate drain. The VersaOven’s automated wash system can run a heavy cleaning cycle in just two hours, using only 24 gallons of water. A short wash cycle can also be run during daily operations to avoid interrupted workflow. Programmable touch screen controls offer quick and easy adjustments and information. Recipes with up to 6 stages can be simply uploaded and stored, ensuring consistent quality across all batches. The loading door was designed with the operator in mind. Easily view your food as it cooks - or tempts your customers – through a large, two-paned window. The exterior pane of our patent-pending door design opens easily to clean between the panes.
