Our patented steam system is a cut above competing combis, rotisseries and convection ovens. One oven does it all.
The VersaOven’s rotating interior oven rack, 95,000 BTU/Hr in-shot burner system, and precision airflow combine to ensure even cooking throughout the oven cavity without operator intervention.
A patent-pending grease management system uses gravity & a valve rather than troublesome pumps; draining into 5-gallon collection containers. Any water overflow from the patented steam system is routed to a separate drain.
The VersaOven’s automated wash system can run a heavy cleaning cycle in just two hours, using only 24 gallons of water. A short wash cycle can also be run during daily operations to avoid interrupted workflow.
Programmable touch screen controls offer quick and easy adjustments and information. Recipes with up to 6 stages can be simply uploaded and stored, ensuring consistent quality across all batches.
The loading door was designed with the operator in mind. Easily view your food as it cooks - or tempts your customers – through a large, two-paned window. The exterior pane of our patent-pending door design opens easily to clean between the panes.
