With the new construction of the Inselhalle, rooms for a wide variety of events are being created. The large, light-flooded foyer can be reached via the new town square by the small lake. From there it goes into various halls or into one of a total of twelve conference rooms, which can be adapted modularly. A lake restaurant with a spacious lake terrace has been integrated. A central banquet and lounge area is also available to guests in the basement. Opposite the Inselhalle is a multi-storey car park with almost 400 parking spaces and lockable bicycle boxes.
