Short description
The Homematic IP Wall-Mount Remote Control HmIP-WRC6-230-A provides direct, manual control of smart‑home functions from the wall. Six freely assignable buttons allow intuitive control of lighting, shading and scenarios; integrated multicolour LEDs give immediate visual feedback. The device includes a switching output for direct control of 230 V loads and requires a Homematic IP Access Point or compatible control centre for setup and advanced functions.

Installation & integration
The device is designed for flush mounting in standard switch boxes (device boxes) according to DIN 49073‑1 and can be fitted with the supplied clip‑on frame or integrated into existing 55 mm switch series. A Homematic IP Access Point or another compatible Homematic IP control centre is required for commissioning and assignment of button functions.

LED status & feedback
Six integrated LEDs provide direct status feedback on the device. Each LED can light up, flash or pulse in seven colours to indicate active functions, system states or scenarios (for example: open windows, lights on in other rooms, active protection mode). LEDs also signal successful commands and errors (e.g. red for transmission failure).
