Their static baking thanks to electric ceramic heating elements ensures a final product appearance which is unrivalled on the market. Each oven consists of independent sealtight chambers which, thanks to their modular design, can be increased in number as the needs of the business grow. They can also be fitted with a series of accessories to give the modular oven range a wide range of uses, such as: loaders, direct fermentation proofer or steam condenser.
