CYCLOTEC is a linear heat transfer oven. After passing through an initial heat exchanger, the heat is taken through a series of other linear heat exchangers, where highly efficient heat exchange takes place directly at the baking chambers, both top and bottom. The refractory baking slabs and high-efficiency heat exchangers produce a quite exceptional “base”, without burning, regardless of the rate or duration of baking. This oven's resolutely high-tech profile offers a wide range of key innovations to address the highest technological and design standards. Fully stainless steel front (hood, control panel, work surface). Halogen lighting. 20-mm refractory cement slabs. Enhanced insulation for energy efficiency CYCLOTEC boasts a thermal barrier 30 to 50 cm thick around the oven (excluding gas lifts), meaning that it uses very little energy. It suppresses limescale and prevents damage from scaling. CYCLOTEC has an ingenious limescale-fixing system that prevents scaling in the steam generators, providing significant cost-savings. The gas pathways have been designed to deliver more heat at points where losses occur, while also eliminating any channelling effects and achieving perfectly consistent baking results.
