Description

EBO deck ovens: thoughtful design with detail refinements Smart innovations ensure easy, efficient operation Reduced energy consumption and increased safety. All the oven’s features, along with usage tips, are located on the EBO door, helping you to make best use of your oven. The door opens inward, reducing energy consumption because the hot air is not sucked out when the door is opened. Additionally, when the door is open the steam generator automatically stops, reducing the risk of scalding. The positioning of the glass has been specially designed to allow easy access for cleaning to both sides. Ideal baking conditions We offer different heights of baking chambers, also available in double versions, to suit the needs of every user. Steam is provided by a very powerful generator that distributes the steam evenly throughout the entire baking area. The process is suitable for all bakery products – frozen, pre-cooked or fresh – and gives them the requisite glaze. For the most discerning professionals.
