Description
Hydrospin hydrocyclone pre-filters are designed for integration into new or existing filtration systems. They treat flows from 5 to 30 m³/h with a maximum working pressure of 2.5 bar. Installed between the pump and the filter, Hydrospin separates solids down to 40 µm and can reduce the water required for filter backwash by approximately 50%. The unit includes a solids-collection chamber divided into three functional zones (settling, clarifying and thickening) and can be cleaned with about 5 litres of water without stopping the pump.
