Product information
Full grating bears this name because the bearing and cross bars have the same cross-section and are therefore of equal height. A bearing bar is one whose ends are both supported and whose underside is not slotted. Compared with standard press-locked grating, full grating provides improved screening and an attractive design.

• Welded-in holed fixing plates: Consisting of welded-in holed plate; hole size according to customer specifications; fastening screws provided by the customer.
• Grating heald bolt fastener: Consisting of head bolts and retaining flange; for highly corrosive environments (e.g. offshore) also available as X-BT; pre-mounted version X-GR RU.
• Hilti clamp: Consisting of saddle top clip and lower part connected to one another; high resistance to vibrations, can be installed by one person and significantly shortens installation times.
• Clamp B: Consisting of saddle top clip, clamp lower part, M8x60 hexagon screws and M8 square nut.
• Safety clamp A: Consisting of safety upper part, clamp lower part, hexagon screw and square nut.
• Safety clamp D: Consisting of safety upper part, clamp lower part, hexagon screw and square nut.
