Description
For technical reasons electroforged (press-welded) gratings cannot achieve very small mesh openings. When a client wants to use electroforged gratings but avoid parts falling through, the MEISER electroforged grating with perforated sheet strips welded between the bearing bars provides a cost-effective tight-mesh solution. Perforations in the sheet are up to 8 mm to obtain a narrow-mesh grating. This product complies with Spanish standard no. 486/1997 (BOE 23 April 1997, no. 97/1997).

Accessories / fixings

• Double B clamp: Composed of 2 upper clamps, 1 lower clamp, 2 hex screws and 2 square nuts.
• Perforated plates welded: Perforated plates welded to specifications provided by the client; screws supplied by the client. Execution and position of perforated discs depend on grating load and site fixing options.
• Bolt-and-plate fixing: Consists of a bolt and a retaining flange; available as X-BT for highly corrosive environments; pre-assembled version X-GR RU available.
• Joining elements: Composed of an upper and lower element with thread and an Allen screw (usable only with flat frames).
• Hilti fixing: Upper and lower clamp parts joined together; high vibration resistance and easy installation by one person to reduce assembly time.
• B clamp: Upper clamp, lower clamp, hex screw M8 x 60 and square nut M8.
• B 10 clamp: Upper clamp, internal hex screw, lower clamp and nut.
• S clamp: Countersunk head screw, lower clamp and square nut.
• Security clamp A: Security upper part, lower clamp, hex screw and square nut.
• Security clamp D: Security upper part, lower clamp, hex screw and square nut.
