Product overviewMEISER GRP construction profiles are pultruded structural sections designed as an alternative to steel, aluminium, wood or concrete for load-bearing and access structures. Standard matrix: unsaturated polyester. Surface finish: thermoplastic veil. Standard colour: grey similar to RAL 7032. All profiles manufactured to EN 13706.
Applications- Staircases, platforms, gangways and ladders
- Substructures for signal platforms, catwalks and steps in structural engineering
Materials and constructionPultruded profiles with longitudinal glass-fibre rovings and transverse reinforcing mats embedded in an unsaturated polyester matrix. Surface veil provides a uniform finish and improved handling. Pultrusion ensures consistent fibre orientation and dimensional stability.
Certifications and approvalsManufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality management and tested by independent institutes. MEISER holds EBA approval for standard GRP construction profiles according to TM 2010-354 I.NVT 4, permitting use in Deutsche Bahn AG structural applications where specified.
