Product description
Modular structural floor expansion joints with a visible module in brass, aluminium or stainless steel on a lower aluminium module. Designed for 47 mm openings; the system accommodates vertical, horizontal and transverse movements. Movement tolerances: horizontal (+7 / -7) and vertical (+3 / -3). Intended to withstand structural movements in large or compound buildings. Installed at joints between semi-attached parts of the same building or between different spans, the joints connect these intermediate gaps while allowing movements caused by building settlements, cyclic or permanent. Within the modules formed by the structural joints, a further subdivision of the surface with a grid of fraction joints must be provided according to the type of surface traffic.

Materials and finishes

• Stainless Steel 304 / Polished + Resinprene insert
  Profile width: 50 and 60 mm. Aluminium flanges with an upper visible stainless steel module. Central synthetic rubber (Resinprene) insert joins the two sides. Modular system adaptable to various heights and resistant to most diluted chemicals. Ribbed or smooth rubber insert versions available on request.

  Profile width: 50 and 60 mm. Extruded aluminium profile with good resistance to chemical and mechanical stress. Rubber insert widths: 37 mm and 47 mm providing high elasticity. Modular system adaptable to various heights. Ribbed or smooth insert versions available on request.
