Overview
Structural expansion joint with an extruded aluminium supporting profile and a synthetic rubber (Resinprene) insert. Engineered to accommodate vertical, horizontal and transversal movements in large or compound buildings. Installed in cover-on applications on existing surfaces and suitable for vertical installations where required. It connects spaces between adjacent building elements and absorbs cyclic or permanent settlements and movements.

Jointec GDL-A in Natural Aluminum + Resinprene Insert
JOINTEC GDL 500 AN: natural anodized aluminium profile with a 47 mm-wide synthetic rubber insert (Resinprene). Designed to bridge a 50 mm gap. The extruded aluminium profile provides consistent mechanical and chemical resistance; the 47 mm insert delivers the required elasticity. Rubber inserts available in ribbed or smooth finishes on request.
