Tabletop professional planetary mixer. 10 L stainless-steel bowl. Model C equipped with accessory hub for attachments.

Applications
Designed for preparation of doughs (bread, sponge cake, pizza), egg whites (soufflé, meringue), sauces (mayonnaise) and general mixing tasks in bakery, pastry and food production.
