Description

The modular deck oven offers traditional baking for pastry and bakery products. Consistent on-deck baking caters for excellent gustative taste. Available in electric version, from 1 to 5 decks and from 1 to 12 trays – 600 x 400 mm per deck. Can be provided with a hood, support, prover or lifter. Also available in high-temperature version for pizzeria restaurants.
