Alloy with a reduced carbon content, widely recognised for hygienic characteristics and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor use. Stainless steel does not oxidise or rust in contact with water and air; its natural protective film ensures long-term resistance and restorability. CEA products are manufactured using mechanical processes that preserve the alloy's ecological and hygienic properties. CEA stainless steel is not chrome plated or galvanically treated, keeping it ecological and recyclable.

Special finishes are produced on request by depositing mixtures of zirconium powder and graphite via vacuum evaporation (plasma). These treatments increase surface resistance to cleaning agents and salty air, improve scratch resistance and, in Black Diamond, reduce limescale deposits due to self-lubricating properties. All special finishes are ecological and biocompatible. Colour and tone variations are a natural result of the finishing process and are not manufacturing defects.
