Low-carbon stainless steel, widely recognized for its hygienic properties and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor environments. Due to its chemical composition, stainless steel does not oxidize or rust when exposed to water and air. The natural protective film of stainless steel makes the material durable over time and fully restorable. CEA products are manufactured using mechanical processes that preserve the unique characteristics of this material. The stainless steel used by CEA is not chrome-plated or galvanised, maintaining its ecological profile, recyclability and high hygienic standards.

The special finish treatments, applied on customer request, result from careful chromatic selection and technological development based on high-thickness deposition of zirconium and graphite powder blends. Through an evaporation process in sealed (plasma) chambers, these powders condense and solidify, making the steel surface more resistant to cleaning agents and saline air, and rendering surfaces scratch-resistant. In the Black Diamond version the surface is also resistant to limescale deposits thanks to an inherent self-lubricating characteristic that helps keep the product cleaner for longer. CEA special finishes enhance the stainless steel’s natural properties by increasing brightness and durability. All CEA special finishes are ecological and biocompatible.

Color variations or shading should not be considered production defects but are characteristic of the manufacturing process, which preserves the material’s biocompatibility and ecological properties. Chromatic shifts, perceived as tone variations, can occur due to material oxygenation when in contact with air, particularly noticeable in BRONZE and COPPER finishes. This color shift gives the product depth and a more natural appearance.
