Stainless steel with reduced carbon content, widely acknowledged for hygienic properties and excellent corrosion resistance; suitable for outdoor environments. Due to its chemical composition stainless steel does not oxidize or rust in contact with water and air. The natural protective film makes the material durable and fully restorable. CEA products are entirely manufactured using mechanical processes that preserve the unique characteristics of this material. The stainless steel used for CEA production is not chrome-plated nor chemically galvanized, maintaining ecological, recyclable and highly hygienic properties.

Treatments of special finishes are produced on customer request and result from careful colour selection and technological development based on high-thickness deposition of zirconia and graphite powder mixtures. Through an evaporation process in sealed (plasma) chambers, these powders condense and solidify, making the stainless steel surface more resistant to cleaning detergents and salty air, and providing scratch resistance. The Black Diamond version also resists limescale deposits thanks to a self-lubricating characteristic that helps keep the product cleaner for longer. CEA special finishes enhance stainless steel’s brightness and durability. All CEA special finishes are ecological and biocompatible. Colour variations or shading are not production defects but inherent to the finishing process.
