Material and corrosion resistance
Manufactured in low-carbon stainless steel, widely recognised for hygiene and excellent corrosion resistance; suitable for outdoor environments. Due to its chemical composition, stainless steel does not oxidise or rust when exposed to water and air. Its natural protective film preserves durability and allows restoration over time. CEADESIGN products are fully produced using mechanical processes that maintain the unique properties of this material. The stainless steel used by CEADESIGN is not chrome-plated or galvanised, preserving its eco-friendly, fully recyclable and highly hygienic characteristics.

Special finish treatments
Special finishes are produced on customer request through high-thickness deposition of zirconium and graphite powder mixtures. These powders condense and solidify via evaporation in sealed (plasma) chambers, making the steel surface more resistant to cleaning agents and saline air, and rendering surfaces anti-scratch. The Black Diamond version also resists limescale deposits due to a self-lubricating characteristic that helps keep the product cleaner for longer. CEADESIGN special finishes enhance the stainless steel's brightness and resistance. All special finishes are ecological and biocompatible.

Colour variation note
Colour differences or shading are not production defects but characteristics of the finishing process that keep the material biocompatible and ecological. Chromatic variations, especially in BRONZE and COPPER finishes, may occur due to material oxidation on exposure to air; this chromatic shift gives the product depth and a more natural appearance.
