Balanced ratio between bowl and arm rotation for correct dough mixing and soft, delicate dough treatment. The arm is geometrically perfect so it follows the bowl walls, and the excellent bowl-arm-shaft size combination gives regular, soft and refined dough even with minimum quantities. Perfect spiral and bowl speed for extraordinary management of the dough and its development through lengthening and pulling, which means continual, constant processing. The results are reduced working hours and controlled dough heating.
The electronic version of the machine can be equipped with Lid+Grid, a stainless steel grid covered by a lid. The two covers, one above the other, are completely independent. The upper “LID” is clear, the lower “GRID” is made of stainless steel. The LID can be opened after two minutes of mixing.
The control panel includes a functional and innovative control console, that can be rotated left and right through 120° so that the work position is always perfect, even in small laboratories. The electronic version has a membrane keyboard, which can be used to program and control the work cycle both manually and automatically. Saves up to 9 recipes.
In the “AI” version the mixer presents an elegant touch panel without roughness, easy to clean. Thanks to the multiple possibilities of connection, WiFi, LAN, Bluetooth, no more problems with technical assistance and online diagnostics.
