Description

The Bite/N mixers are perfect for particularly hydrated types of dough that are used to make baguettes, sliced bread, and breadsticks, for example, but also pastries such as croissants, panettone, and brioches. The tool holding arms are made of cast aluminium, while the mixing tools are made of 316L stainless steel and can be adjusted in height thanks to the handwheel; in addition, if the machine is stopped, a mechanical devices ensures that the arms always stop in the upper safe point, which helps the operators when they have to remove the product from the bowl.
