Description

TSPI is a compact self-tipping mixer, consisting of a SPI spiral mixer permanently coupled with a hydraulic lifter, designed to lift up the entire machine body vertically and, through a rotation, to tip the dough in the bowl onto the underlying worktable or onto the special volumetric divider hopper, on the right- or the left-hand side, according to the type of model chosen. Pouring onto the work bench: a truly compact solution that eases the stress of manual work without compromising the space in your laboratory The low pouring version is proposed in models with mixing capacities of 80-100-130-160-200 kg. Pouring into a volumetric divider: a typical small-sized combination for feeding an automatic line. The high pouring version is proposed in models with mixing capacities of 130-160-200 kg. The lifter push-button panel is of the “two-hand control” type, where the push-buttons have to be kept pressed, and includes: - up and down controls - controls for bowl rotation during pouring. TSPI combines consequently the features of functionality, modernity, ergonomics and high performance of SPI mixers with the effectiveness of a reliable and safe lifting and tipping system, which, even within narrow spaces, allows the kneaded dough to be moved to the next working process without physical efforts for the operator.
