Short overview
The FTU-V P50 AUSX is a pivot roof window designed to provide thermal comfort, acoustic insulation and ease of use. The sash rotates around a horizontal axis at half its height, allowing ventilation and safe cleaning when the sash is rotated 180° and locked. The product integrates an electric, Z-Wave radio-controlled actuator powered by a built-in photovoltaic panel and includes a rain sensor for automatic protection against rain.

Energy and acoustic performance
The window is fitted with the P50 triple-glazed unit and thermoPro technology to improve thermal performance. Reported thermal values for the P50 unit on the site include: Uw = 1.1 W/m²K in standard installation, Uw = 1.0 W/m²K when installed with the EHV-AT Thermo flashing. A site feature box also references Uw = 0.9 W/m²K with a dedicated EHV-AT Thermo flashing. Flexible seals and correct installation reduce heat loss and the risk of thermal bridging. Glazing and safety
The 44 mm thick P50 glazing unit comprises a toughened outer pane, a P2A-class laminated inner pane, argon fill and an acoustic film. Features include hail-resistant toughened outer pane, laminated inner pane for safety and anti-intrusion resistance, easy-clean coating on the outer pane and a dedicated soundproofing film.

Aesthetics and durability
Inner sash finish: three coats of white polyurethane varnish (similar to RAL 9003) producing a smooth, moisture-resistant interior surface suitable for bathrooms and kitchens. Exterior cladding: aluminium cladding in anthracite (RAL 7016) providing a modern minimalist look and weather resistance.

Mechanics and control

• Actuator with extension arm (chain-type arm, approx. 24 cm reach) located at the bottom section of the window for smooth, quiet and stable sash movement.
• Solar photovoltaic panel powers the actuator; suitable where mains power is not available.
• Arm extends quietly and precisely to avoid jerky motion.
• Locking bolt secures the sash in the fully rotated 180° position for safe cleaning of the exterior pane.

Installation and recommended accessories
The window requires an appropriate flashing for correct installation.
