Overview
The Tacker system provides insulation plates, grid foil and fastening staples for efficient underfloor heating installation. Tubes are fixed directly to 20, 30 or 50 mm insulation plates using Tacker staples, making the system suitable for large-area installations. Edge insulation strips must be placed against all walls to allow for floor expansion and contraction.

Tacker Grid foil
For installations on top of insulation, the Tacker Grid foil is available. The foil features a rectangular grid 10 cm x 10 cm with an inner 5 cm x 5 cm mesh, allowing pipe layouts at various centre-to-centre distances.

Tacker staples and device
The system uses plastic Tacker staples (40 mm and 60 mm) that fasten the heating pipes directly to the insulation plates. Staples are applied with the Tacker stapler for quick and reliable fixing.
