Castellated plates are specifically designed to simplify floor preparation for the installation of heating pipes, significantly reducing installation time. In addition, castellated plates allow pipes to be fixed quickly and easily. Available as rigid, film-laminated thermoformed EPS plates, both thermal and acoustic, in various thicknesses.

Technical details
The MAGNUM thermoformed castellated plate is a high-density self-extinguishing expanded polystyrene (EPS-AU) panel with a rigid thermoformed finish, used in the installation of underfloor heating systems.
The high-density EPS gives the panel high thermal insulation, preventing heat loss through the floor slab.
The thermoformed finish is rigid and waterproof, preventing heat loss through vapour and increasing the mechanical strength of the panel.
It is moulded with tongue-and-groove joints on all 4 edges via the thermoformed plastic, allowing easy installation of the plates and avoiding thermal bridges.
Declaration of performance, mandatory for all insulation materials used in construction, in compliance with UNE EN 13163 for thermal insulation.
Product certificate granted by AENOR, in compliance with UNE EN 13163 for thermal insulation.
