Project Feature
The legendary Regent Palace Hotel in the centre of London was refurbished and converted into an office block under the new name of Quadrant 3.
A triangular atrium is situated in the middle of the building. The 400 sqm atrium roof consists of a glazed lattice structure which is geometrically based on a sphere in order to channel sunlight to the offices below and to the atrium. The primary structure is made of steel. Perimeter columns have been installed along the façade as well as around the atrium. The offices below are free-spanning.
