Project Feature Located in London’s West End between 4 adjoining buildings, 90 High Holborn, is an 8-story office development. “The sail” projects forward of its limestone background, a 6-story curved stainless steel and glass façade, with cantilevered glass wings and wave-formed stainless steel soffit, inviting the visitors to walk into the building through the stainless steel clad column and the fully glazed entrance. At each level the office layouts provide varied accommodation continuously changing in area and shapes as the building footprint progressively increases and decreases, providing many terraced areas for the building occupants.
