Project Feature The structure was a reclad being built from an existing 50 + year old structure. The project was divided into three phases with a total of 8 different types of unitized curtain wall and a stick built mechanical enclosure. Phase 1 comprised of 5 types of unitized curtainwall including exterior hand set glass fins over the main entrance. Phase 2 renovated the 9th floor to the 12th floor. Phase 3 refurbished the 13th floor through the roof level from making the building water tight to the roof level. Scope of Work 8,000 sqm (86,100 sq ft) of curtain wall.
