Overview
Supportive metal frame for gypsum and panel ceilings. Provides the structural carrier system for suspended ceilings, composed of main carriers, secondary carriers, perimeter profiles and suspension elements. Suitable for residential, commercial and industrial interior applications where a modular suspended ceiling is required.

FVP T24 Series Carrier System
FVP T24 carrier profile system includes a 3600 mm main carrier, 1200 mm and 600 mm secondary carriers (sub-carriers), perimeter profile and suspension assembly (suspension wire, steel dowel, suspension tong). The system accepts a wide range of ceiling panels including Karopan, Sound, Metal, Colorpan, Pan Hygienic, Rock Wool, PVC, Glass Wool and Wooden Panels.

• Components: 3600 mm main carrier; 1200 mm and 600/300 mm secondary carriers; perimeter profiles; suspension assembly (suspension wire, steel dowel, suspension tong).
• Compatibility: Karopan, Sound panels, Metal panels, Colorpan, Pan Hygienic, Rock Wool, PVC, Glass Wool, Wooden Panels.

Problem-free Assembly and Disassembly
The FVP T24 profiles integrate a special locking system that facilitates fast assembly and disassembly even in large spans. Sub-carriers are fully compatible with the main carrier for straightforward installation and maintenance.

TSE Standards
The suspended ceiling carrier system is designed in accordance with TSE / TS-EN-13964 requirements. Profiles have been subjected to bending tests with deflection performance below 0.2 mm (load-bearing deflection limit). The system holds TSE compliance certification.

FVP Clip-in Carrier System
The FVP Clip-in carrier system comprises the carrier profile, perimeter profile and suspension assembly (suspension tong, clip, insert, suspension wire, steel dowel and edge wedge). The concealed clip-in design conceals carrier profiles for improved aesthetics while allowing easy installation and removal where needed.

FVP 800 Series Carrier System
FVP 800 (ductile) carrier systems provide an alternative aesthetic profile with robust appearance, quick assembly/disassembly and suitability for projects requiring enhanced visual finish.

FVP T15 Ultra Line Carrier System
T-15 Ultra Line carrier profiles offer a slim aesthetic, robustness and fast installation. The T-15 system is compatible with hanging panels as well as FVP Metal Panels, Sound Panels, Wood panels and Rock Wool panels.

CKM 412 Anti-Seismic Series
The CKM 412 anti-seismic design uses specially developed intertwined joints to prevent grille collapse under external effects such as earthquakes. Tensile and compression strength can reach up to 80 KGf (approx. 180 lb) and meets ASTM E580. CKM 412 carriers are engineered for easier assembly and disassembly compared with ordinary anti-seismic carriers.
