Overview
Wood, parquet and laminate floors are increasingly used in residential and commercial interiors. MAGNUM HeatBoard is a thin dry electric underfloor heating panel designed for direct installation under floating hard floors (wood, parquet, laminate). Available in 12 mm standard height or 32 mm option. The system is controlled via a digital WiFi thermostat with floor sensor (thermostat sold separately). Insulation panels add thermal resistance and reduce airborne impact noise. Approximately 9 m of HeatBoard Cable is required per unobstructed 1 m2 area.

Product details
Intended for dry, floating hard floor systems: laminate, wood and parquet. For carpeted finishes use DuoBoard between the heating system and the carpet. Not suitable for permanently wet installations.

Installation methods
High-density EPS foam panels are bonded to preformed aluminium plates in a patented process to ensure full contact across the floor surface and optimise heat transfer, including around curves. The system accommodates a 7 mm MAGNUM HeatBoard Cable; the plate design channels heat from the cable to the floor surface.

Dimensions and set
Board size: 788 x 594 mm (effective: 778 x 589 mm). Supplied in sets of 11 plates (covers 5 m2 per set). System heights: 12 mm (standard) or 32 mm (option). Minimum construction height: 20 mm.

Notes
HeatBoard Cable, thermostat and DuoBoard are ordered separately. The advanced WiFi thermostat calculates required warm-up time to reach the target floor temperature. Floor temperature limiting is possible with the floor sensor and thermostat.
