Product overview
The MAGNUM Remote Control 2 (MRC2) is a smart WiFi thermostat designed for electric and hydronic underfloor heating. It features a 2.75-inch colour touchscreen, integrated room sensor and an included 12K floor sensor. The thermostat supports OTA updates, voice assistants and an ECO mode with presence detection.

Smart operation
The MRC2 uses adaptive algorithms to learn required heating start times: specify the target temperature and time, and the thermostat calculates heating start and duration to meet the setpoint. Programmable up to 3 periods per day and controllable via the touchscreen or the iOS/Android app.

Wooden floors
A dedicated wooden-floor function limits floor temperature to < 28°C, ensuring safe operation for electric underfloor heating on timber subfloors.

Supplied as standard
The MRC2 is supplied as standard with MAGNUM Mat, Decoupling system, Cable and Foil kits. The flush-mounted unit fits most single and multiple switch frames. Available colours: Polar White (RAL 9010) and Graphite Black (RAL 9011).
