Summary
PLANITHERM® ONE is a high-performance low-emissivity coated glass designed for assembly in insulating (double) glazing. Improved thermal insulation in insulating glass: Ug = 1.0 W/(m2.K).

Composition and principle
The product consists of clear glass coated with a thin transparent noble-metal layer deposited by magnetron sputtering in vacuum. The coating reflects thermal infrared radiation and limits heat loss by radiation.

Range and versions
PLANITHERM® ONE is available in 6000 x 3210 mm sheets and in thicknesses 4, 6, 8 and 10 mm. PLANITHERM® ONE II is the tempered version of PLANITHERM® ONE and must be tempered to achieve equivalent solar and thermal characteristics.

Performance and assembly
PLANITHERM® ONE must be assembled in insulating glass. Its coating is edged at the periphery and must be positioned on face 3. PLANITHERM® ONE can be laminated before assembly into insulating glass.

An insulating unit with PLANITHERM® ONE can be combined with other functions:
