Overview
The JI Ouragan P71 profile is a symmetrical wave façade cladding profile designed for new-build and renovation projects in residential and commercial buildings. Installed with a visible fixing on a secondary supporting framework adapted to the substrate (panels, masonry, etc.), the profile can be mounted vertically or horizontally and is fixed by overlapping. Options include perforated versions for sun-shading and awning use.

• Essential (25 µ): Basic coil coating for exterior applications (cladding, roofing and accessories, HVAC units).
• JI Nature Wood (45 µ): Pre-painted steel with high weather resistance, wood-look finish.
• JI Nature Charcoal (45 µ): Pre-painted steel with wood-look in charcoal tone.
• Ultra: For aggressive external environments — suitable for profiles, sandwich panels for roofing and cladding.
• Ultra-X (Ultra 75): Highest-durability coating for roofing and cladding; alternative to PVC-plastisol to improve system performance and help reduce CO2 at project level.

Standards & compliance
Galvanized steel: EN 10346:2015 (tolerances per EN 10143:2006). Coil coating: EN 10169:2022. Geometry tolerances: EN 508-1:2021. Structural calculations: EN 1993-1-3:2006.
