Eight floor, 32 m high office building is situated in the City of within walking distance from St. Pauls Cathedral. There are two cores each on the west and east sides which form the building supports. Three powerful reinforcements (X-Bracings) connect the two core areas and at the same time stabilise the projecting façade area. The north and south sides are essentially constructed in the same way.
In front of the core areas on the west side are storey high units, size 3,000 x 3,900 mm, which on the outside have perforated corrugated aluminium structure sheeting. These units have been fitted with louvres in some areas.
A large part of the outer façade comprises a unitised glass façade with glass units (size typical glass unit is 1,500 x 3,100 mm) which are installed between the concrete slabs and spandrel units (size 3,000 x 800 m) which are fitted in front of the slab edges.
