Description
EASYPRO® is a temporary surface protection coating for coated glass intended for tempering. It is developed to facilitate processing operations, increase flexibility and productivity while reducing environmental impact.

Applications
EASYPRO® protects the coated surface against mechanical damage and ageing during transport and through processing steps. It shields the coating from deposition until tempering. During tempering, EASYPRO® fully combusts without leaving residues in or around the furnace and is designed to have no negative impact on the environment, health or operator safety.

Advantages

• Scratch protection of coated glass during transport (racks or trolleys) and processing, reducing quality issues and internal waste.
• Extended shelf life for coated glass: whole sheets 6 months to 1 year; cut pieces 8 hours to 2 weeks.

Performances
EASYPRO® is available on product ranges intended for tempering, notably variants with the suffix "II". Examples of compatible ranges: COOL-LITE® XTREME II (standard with EASYPRO®) and COOL-LITE® SKN II (standard with EASYPRO®).
EASYPRO® protects coatings on all common substrates; examples of compatible substrates: PLANICLEAR®, DIAMANT®, ORAÉ®.
Dimensional and thickness availability: common thicknesses 4 mm to 10 mm, up to 12 mm for some configurations. Standard PLF dimension: 3.21 × 6.00 m. Long lengths: up to 18 m for tempering versions. Some configurations may not be available in all sizes or thicknesses.
