Project Feature Following the demolition of the former Tai Sang Building, Swire Properties Ltd. has developed a new 28-story office building on Hennessy Road in Hong Kong. The tower façade with a total area of 10,500 sqm (113,000 sq ft) is characterized by cantilevered horizontal fins with integrated LED-lighting on the roof top floor. Scope of Work The unitised curtain wall system is designed with a thermal break. Every panel features 500 - 750 mm cantilevered horizontal fins at the spandrel area contributing some shading of the building. The individual curtain wall units are 1,595 mm wide and 4,005 mm high. The roof top floor is equipped with an integrated custom-made lighting feature.
