The Metos Viking kettle (Viking Basic 4G 150E, MG4224108) is an electric tilting cooking kettle manufactured in Finland for professional kitchens. Designed for hygienic operation and easy maintenance, the unit is double-jacketed and offers options for fixed or free-standing installation.

Construction
Double-jacketed bowl with its own steam generator. Standard fitted bowl panels are insulated with a reflective foam pad providing up to 90% energy efficiency. Options: polyurethane foam insulation and seamless welded bowl. Installation methods: surface, subsurface or free-standing (option).

Control panel
Large ergonomic raised electromechanical control panel with controls for temperature, tilting and jacket water level indicator plus an emergency stop. Operation logic: simple "turn and select".

Heating function
Steam-jacket temperature range 0°C…120°C. Maximum operating pressure 1.0 bar (inner jacket up to +120°C). Design pressure of kettles: 1.5 bar.

Tilting functions
Powerful electric tilting activated by push button for safe and repeatable pouring. Tilting spout height to floor: 600 mm.

Occupational safety
