KNX multi application controller EK-LM2-TP

Description
The configurable logic module Ekinex® EK-LM2-TP is a KNX S-mode device for implementing logical functions and arithmetic operations on KNX communication object values. Suitable for flush mounting in a wall box or, with the EK-SMG-35 support, on a 35 mm DIN rail (EN 60715). Powered by the KNX bus (SELV 30 Vdc), the module does not require an auxiliary power supply.

Implementable functional blocks

• Logical: combines binary inputs according to logical operations
• Mathematical: performs arithmetic calculations on one or more inputs
• Range: scales or limits input values
• Mapping: maps an input value set (up to 8 points) to a different output value set
• Conversion: converts a communication object to another KNX data point type (DPT)
• Timer: one-shot (monostable) or oscillator (astable) timer with programmable on/off delays
• Comparison: arithmetic comparison (equal, greater, less, etc.) between two input values
• Multiplexer: routes the value of one input object to one of N output objects or to selected outputs

Each function is configurable via multiple parameters. Multiple independent instances of each block type are available (quantity varies by type), allowing the module to solve several automation tasks within the same installation. A terminal for a simple interface with four low-voltage inputs (potential-free contacts) is also provided.

Detailed parameter descriptions are available in the device application manual. ETS5 2.0 or later is required for configuration and commissioning. ETS application program: APEKLM2TP##.knxprod (## = version).
