Description
The device is a KNX secure line coupler providing galvanic isolation between lines and an extended filter table for main group addresses 0...31. It supports KNX Data Security (AES-128), KNX Long Frames and is compatible with ETS® from version 5. With the ETS6 product database the device can operate as a security proxy and segment coupler. Front-panel buttons allow temporary deactivation of telegram filters for testing and multicolour LEDs show operating states and bus communication errors. The unit includes an integrated KNX bus communication module, is mounted on a 35 mm DIN rail and is powered via the KNX bus (main line). As a secure interface, it prevents unauthorized access to the system.
